The Bunkhouse: Includes a one night's stay for two in our Historic Main Lodge room with a shared bathroom, dinner at the Saloon inclusive of two entrees and two non-alcoholic beverages (gratuity included), a breakfast buffet in the Historic Dining Room, and access to the hot springs. BOOK HERE.
The Boarding House: Includes a one night's stay for two in our Historic Main Lodge, Warren's Wing, or Lower Lodge with a private bathroom, dinner at the Historic Dining Room inclusive of one appetizer, two entrees, and two non-alcoholic beverages (gratuity included), a breakfast buffet in the Historic Dining Room, and access to the hot springs. The Stagecoach: Includes a one night's stay for two in a North 40 Cabin or Suite equipped with an en suite jacuzzi bathtub, dinner at the Historic Dining Room inclusive of one appetizer, two entrees, and two non-alcoholic beverages (gratuity included), a breakfast buffet in the Historic Dining Room, and access to the hot springs. Taxes and fees included in this package are 8% lodging tax and a 1% community impact fee.
48-Hour Cancellation Policy: To avoid cancellation fees, please cancel your Winter Getaway Package, including the dinner reservation, at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled 4:00 PM check-in time.
Cancellation Methods: You may cancel your reservation online or by contacting our guest services team. Please retain your cancellation confirmation for your records.
Package Inseparability: The lodging and dinner reservation at the Chico Historic Dining Room are part of the Winter Getaway Package and cannot be modified or refunded separately.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made after the 48-hour window will result in a charge for the entire package.
Exceptions: Any exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of Chico Hot Springs Management. Proof of extenuating circumstances may be required.
