We recommend guests rent a vehicle for ease and mobility during their stay. Chico Hot Springs is about a 1-hour drive from Bozeman and the Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport via Interstate 90, heading east. It is also about a 2 ½-hour drive from Billings and the Billings Logan International Airport via Interstate 90, heading west.

The hot springs pools are open starting at 7:00AM for hotel guests and are available from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily for both hotel and day guests.

Yes, reservations for the Chico Dining Room are (required for a table) recommended. You can make a reservation for parties up to 6 on our website.  For Parties greater than 6 please contact Chico Hot Springs Information at 406-333-4933.

Yes, there are several great day trips you can take from Chico Hot Springs:

• Yellowstone National Park: Just 35 miles from the park, it’s a beautiful drive south on U.S. Hwy 89, taking approximately 40 minutes.

• Livingston: The charming town of Livingston is nearby and offers shopping, museums, art galleries, restaurants, and a movie theater within a 30-minute drive on U.S. Hwy 89 North. Take East River Road for a scenic detour as you head north toward town.
