Our team of sales representatives will help you plan your wedding, from selecting the right location on our property to choosing hors d'oeuvres, dinner buffets, plated dinners, and the perfect wedding cake! They will assist with selecting room diagrams, table designs, napkin folds and every other important detail of your wedding. Our convention services staff will do the rest to make certain your wedding day is a special memory for you and your guests.

The Convention Center

Our beautiful Convention Center is adjacent to the Main Lodge and Warren Wing and will accommodate weddings and receptions from small numbers to 180 guests. The Chico Convention CenterThe space can be open or divided to best fit your party's size. The Convention Center has a large front porch that overlooks the front lawn for use when weather permits. You may consider having your wedding and reception in the Convention Center - or perhaps having your wedding at another location on the property and then returning to the Convention Center for a candlelit reception.

The Wine Cellar

The Wine Cellar

The Wine Cellar is a historic stone building situated behind the Warren Wing. This venue is ideal for an intimate dinner or bridal luncheon for 12 to 16 guests. The dinner menu in the wine cellar is the same as that served in our Main Dining Room and you will be waited on by your own server for your entire luncheon or dinner. The Wine Cellar also has a small deck on the back side for outdoor cocktails and appetizers before your elegant dinning experience.

Chico offers various sizes of outdoor canopies and tents from Memorial Day to mid-October - sidewalls, heaters, and lights are available. Depending on the size of your gathering, you may choose to have your entire reception dinner under one of our canopies, or simply be served beverages and appetizers before dinner. The canopies offer a perfect option for an outdoor gathering.
